Prices are per week and include bed linen and some towels. 

Special discount for 2 week bookings and for bookings of 1 or 2 occupancy.

Subject to availability, we may be able to arrange a cheaper deal for your one week Magic Borders Break. Please e-mail or phone to check if your dates apply.

Short breaks available subject to availability at £50/night (minimum 3 nights).

Strictly no smoking/no pets. Families and couples only.

Booking confirmed upon receipt of £100/week deposit.

Arrivals 4pm, departures 10am.
